She describes why it's CRUCIAL to take the Simpleology lessons one day at a time, and has the best reason I've ever seen for not running to your email every morning as though your life depended on it. "The hardest habit to kick is opening my mailbox first thing. Even though I *know* it will mess up my praxis. Almost always there will be at least one *urgent* email that I *have to* respond to straight away.
